Angie, I have been out of the blogging world for a bit and had no idea your father had passed away. I am so sorry and praying for you. I am thankful that the service was so wonderful and that your sweet dad is now walking with Jesus. I will continue to pray for you and your family this holiday season.
ReplyDeleteYou rode a camel and kissed the Blarney Stone but haven't seen Mt. Rushmore????
ReplyDeleteWell, I only did because the military stationed us there!
I have led quite the dull life compared to you! But I have been to the Grand Canyon!
ReplyDeleteI'm glad yesterday was a sweet time with your family. Though I know you grieve your dad's absence, what a comfort to know he's in a better place!
Angie, I'm so sorry to hear of the loss of your father. I pray God will hold you in the palm of His hand while you grieve.
ReplyDeleteA prisoner of hope,
Megan
It is a comfort to know that you have said goodbye properly. I recited Tennyson's Crossing the Bar at my father's funeral - it felt like one last thing I could for him.
ReplyDeleteI spent a lot of yesterday praying for your family.
Angie - sorry to hear of your father's passing. May God be with you and your family during this time.
