If it's Tuesday, it must be my day for the SPCA. :-) And so it was. I only snapped three dogs today, but I also took another shot of Madison, a beautiful short-haired collie, because I didn't like the first shot I took of her.
Duke started out shy and wary, but then I took him out to the play park. Lacy, a Labrador, was playing in the park, so her handler and I introduced the dogs and let them play. Then, for the first time, I saw Duke smile and was able to snap a couple of shots. (Actually, I also got run over by the dogs, knocked flat into a pile of mulch. Fortunately, I bounce.)
So here they are--I have my favorites, and you probably will, too. Here's hoping they get adopted quickly!
